Deactivate Account Temporary
If you just want to take a break without losing your progress, you can deactivate your account instead of deleting it. This keeps all game progress, levels, and items safe and ready for your return at any time.
Permanently Delete Account & Data
Permanently purge your account from our systems. This action immediately destroys all historical progress, virtual items, in-game currency, and inventory items forever.
Critical warning before permanent deletion
Permanent account deletion is absolutely irreversible. Once your request has been verified and processed, you will lose all game achievements, purchased content, and records. We will not be able to recover this data under any circumstances.
How to request account deletion through the app
Please open your game app, log in to your account, and follow these detailed steps:
From the main screen, tap the main Menu bar and choose Settings ⚙️
Scroll down to locate and click the 'Delete Account' button
Type the keyword 'DELETE' into the verification text field
Tap the 'Confirm' button to authorize the request
Complete the submission form to finalize your account removal
